The Ecolab Global Business Intelligence (GBI) team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Product Owner. This role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, strategic decision making, change management, business partnership,

Key Responsibilities
Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the overall vision for BI products and solutions. Ensure alignment with organizational strategy and objectives, advocating for data-driven decision-making at all levels. Create a track record of positive business engagement with clear value proposition on deliverables. Understands GBI Goals and how the team fits into the enterprise.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including executives, function heads, and end users—to elicit business requirements and understand pain points.
