Job Description
Technology Operational Risk Management (ORM) is a Second Line of Defense (2LOD)



function responsible for supporting the oversight of technology and cyber risks across the enterprise. This role assists in the execution of the Operational Risk Management framework by supporting risk assessments, risk event monitoring, governance activities, reporting, and risk oversight processes to ensure risks are appropriately identified, assessed, monitored, and managed in accordance with enterprise standards and regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Risk Assessments & Monitoring - Supports the execution of Technology and Cyber Risk oversight activities, including Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs), control monitoring, and risk identification activities. Assists in reviewing risk documentation, collecting evidence, tracking action items, and ensuring adherence to ORM policies, standards, and procedures.
