We're seeking a Learning Experience Architect with 10+ years of instructional design experience who can combine learning strategy, performance consulting, AI-enabled design, and hands-on content development to create impactful learning solutions for global clients.
As a Learning Experience Architect, you'll partner with clients, guide and mentor instructional designers, architect innovative learning experiences, and leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate content development and enhance learning outcomes. This is a hands-on role for an experienced learning qualified who enjoys moving seamlessly between strategy, consulting, design, and execution.
About the Role
The Learning Experience Architect (LXA) is a senior member of our Global Delivery team, responsible for designing high-quality learning solutions that solve real business challenges. You'll work directly with clients and subject matter experts,



lead learning design efforts across multiple projects, and help elevate the capabilities of a growing team of instructional designers.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of learning science, business consulting, emerging technologies, and creative problem-solving.
What You'll Do
Design Learning Solutions That Drive Performance
Architect end-to-end learning experiences across eLearning, blended learning, virtual instructor-led training, and performance support
Conduct needs analyses and performance gap assessments to identify the right learning solution
Design curriculum pathways, learning journeys, and multi-modal learning strategies
Develop storyboards, scripts, design blueprints, and learning content that align with business objectives
Translate complex concepts into engaging, learner-centered experiences
Partner with Clients and Stakeholders
