We are looking for a 3-5 years of Application Production Support candidate for ReportHub project, a regulatory reporting platform. This role requires basic understanding of regulatory reporting, application-level debugging, and incident management in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will:
Provide 24x7 production support, ensuring high availability and performance of customer applications.
Handle incident management, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolution for P1–P4 issues.
Collaborate with development teams for fixes and deployments, while maintaining compliance with ITIL standards.
Monitor application performance, analyze logs, and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and RCA reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Key Skills & Experience:
3-5 years in application production support with regulatory reporting domain knowledge.
Hands-on experience with incident handling, JIRA, SQL/NoSQL, and application debugging.
Familiarity Azure, Linux and basic networking concepts.




Experience of writing SQL queries.
Problem solving skills and ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously.
Knowledge of ReportHub(a regulatory reporting tool) platform is positive to have.
