The Role

Payroll is the one process a company cannot get wrong. As a Payroll Implementation Associate, you'll set up Zoho Payroll for client organizations — designing salary structures, configuring statutory compliance,



migrating data from spreadsheets and legacy systems, and running the first payroll cycles until the numbers reconcile to the rupee. You'll then train the client's team to run it themselves. Precision work, real stakes, and a client who notices when you get it right.
Implementation & Configuration:
• Set up Zoho Payroll for client organizations — org structure, pay schedules, salary components, and approval workflows
• Design salary structures: earnings, deductions, reimbursements, and perquisites mapped to each client's CTC philosophy
• Configure statutory components — PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, TDS, and LWF — correctly for each state and entity
Migration & Data:
• Migrate payroll data from Excel and legacy systems — employee masters, salary history, tax declarations, and loan balances
• Clean, validate, and reconcile data before go-live; run parallel payroll cycles to prove the numbers match
