What would you do? The Performance & Career Mgmt. Sr. Associate will process incoming requests received through emails or any other application.
These requests include resolving and/or completing service requests and working collaboratively with the team members, other internal teams, Third Party vendors or Client. Must have sound technical knowledge in operational activities and are responsible for the performance of duties as defined Support workforce behavior in alignment with the organizations business strategy by designing, developing, implementing, and executing key HR processes: strategic planning; supply demand; hiring and sourcing; on-boarding and integration; training and development; objective-setting and performance management; and compensation and rewards.
