Summary:
Deliver hands-on change management for the country transition portfolio as part of the country Programme Delivery & PMO capability in Krakow and Bangalore, working into the local VP / centre delivery leadership and under functional guidance from the Level B VP Change. Partner with Project Managers to ensure transition activity is understood, adopted and embedded on the ground. This role suits practical change practitioners with transition delivery experience, strong materials creation,



stakeholder engagement and a passion for making change land for impacted teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver change plans, stakeholder mapping, engagement activity, communications, readiness assessments and adoption support for assigned transitions.
Work day-to-day with Project Managers, local VP / centre delivery leadership, the Level B Change Lead, People Partners, sending organisations, SMEs and GCC teams.
Translate transition plans into practical change activity that helps impacted teams understand what is changing, what it means for them and how to prepare.
Create high-quality change materials directly, including messages, briefing packs, FAQs, engagement content, readiness outputs and adoption support.
Identify stakeholder concerns, change impacts, readiness gaps and adoption risks, escalating issues and driving practical follow-up where needed.
