Position Summary:

Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Technical Operator – Robotics & Industrial Automation Maintenance to support the reliability, performance, and continuous operation of advanced robotic and automated manufacturing systems. The role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing industrial robots, CNC-integrated automation equipment, PLC-controlled systems, and associated production technologies used across welding, assembly, machining, and material handling operations.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in maximizing equipment availability, enhancing productivity, reducing downtime, and ensuring world-class manufacturing standards through effective maintenance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Robotics Maintenance & Equipment Reliability





Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities on robotic systems and automated production equipment.
Troubleshoot and rectify faults in industrial robots, controllers, end-effectors, welding systems, grippers, and peripheral devices.
Ensure optimum performance and uptime of robotic welding, assembly, machine tending, and material handling applications.
Carry out robot calibration, Tool Center Point (TCP) adjustments, payload configuration, and accuracy validation activities.

Industrial Automation & Control Systems

Diagnose and resolve robot-to-CNC communication issues, including I/O interfacing, signal synchronization, and process coordination.
Support robot program modifications, process optimization, and cycle-time improvement initiatives.
Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of PLC-controlled automation systems, HMIs, sensors, safety circuits, and motion control equipm
