Job Responsibilities
1. Safety Management




Lead and coordinate site safety activities and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular workplace inspections and safety audits.
Identify hazards and implement appropriate risk control measures.
2. Incident Management
Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor closure of identified safety actions.
3. Training and Awareness
Conduct safety inductions for new employees and contractors.
Organize toolbox talks, safety meetings, and awareness campaigns.
Train employees on emergency response, safe work practices, and PPE requirements.
4. Compliance and Documentation
Maintain safety records, inspection reports, training records, and incident logs.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, Factory Act, ISO 45001, and other applicable standards.
