What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage the development and delivery of high-speed SerDes PHY IP projects.
Lead cross-functional teams and define project roadmaps with R&D; and Marketing.
Identify resources, manage risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
Drive process improvements and team best practices.
Collaborate on pre/post-sales support with Sales, Marketing,
and Customer Support.
Provide regular status updates to management and customers.

What You’ll Need:
Engineering degree with a BS and 8+ years’ OR advanced degree and a min. of 6+ years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of IC design and ASIC development.
Project leadership experience in a high-tech environment.
Expertise in risk and change management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
