We are seeking an experienced IPVPN Network Operations qualified to support multiple IP networks and platforms, ensuring high-quality infrastructure monitoring, fault diagnosis, incident triage, and first-line operational support. This is a 24x7 shift-based role based in Pune, Bangalore, or Ahmedabad, supporting critical network services and contributing to service stability, customer experience, and operational excellence. The role offers exposure to enterprise IP, Ethernet, and data technologies across a global telecommunications environment.What you’ll do

Monitor IP networks and platforms for alarms, events, and service-impacting incidents.
Perform alarm triage and raise incidents or tickets based on risk, impact, and operational procedures.
Carry out fault diagnosis and execute first-line resolution activities to restore service quickly.
Escalate incidents in accordance with established custom
