Job Responsibilities:
This role will be part of Magna’s growing internal SAP AMS HCM team supporting Magna divisions in their daily business within SAP HCM.



Main responsibilities are support activities regarding time management and payroll as the biggest part of our SAP AMS HCM service (incidents and service requests). Additionally, the role will collaborate within rollouts as well as smaller change request projects.
Major Responsibilities
Configuration, maintenance and improvement of Magna’s existing and growing SAP HCM landscape
Participation in day-to-day support business (ticketing) with incidents and service requests related to time management, payroll, personnel administration, organizational management and Fiori
Support of our Workday integration and re-integration processes
Collaboration in rollout and implementation projects
Self-responsible coordination and execution of small projects (change requests)
Communication with customers, external partners and colleagues globally
Knowledge and Education
University Degree/College Diploma or a minimum of 5
