Key responsibilities:
Application Support & Operations
Serve as the primary support lead for Logistics - In Areas of SAP Warehouse Management, SAP eWM, SAP Logistics Execution & Transportation Management.
Manage production incidents, problem management, service requests, and root cause investigations.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and minimize business disruptions through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
Coordinate support activities across global teams and business stakeholders.
Manage data integrations between SAP ECC, CRM, middleware platforms, and 3rd part applications.
Drive post-production support planning, transition activities, and knowledge transfer programs.
