Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, manage the finance team, and ensure the organization's financial health. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in financial planning, budgeting, P&L; management, statutory compliance, taxation, cash flow management, and financial reporting. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and the ability to support business growth through sound financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
Manage the overall finance and accounting functions of the organization.
Prepare, review, and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Ensure effective cash flow management and working capital optimisation.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
Profit & Loss (P&L;) Management




Own and monitor the company's Profit & Loss (P&L;).
Analyse revenue, expenses, margins, and profitability.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial performance.
Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
Conduct financial modelling and business forecasting.
Monitor key financial KPIs and provide actionable insights.
Prepare variance analysis comparing actuals against budgets and forecasts.
Support strategic business planning and investment decisions.
Compliance & Taxation
Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and financial reporting requirements.
Manage direct and indirect tax compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, VAT, etc., as applicable).
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Lead internal and external audit processes.
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team.
