Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Ability to define or enhance Salesforce technical architecture across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and Automotive Cloud.

A good Salesforce Application’s (functional, process & technical) knowledge combined with Automotive or Manufacturing functional knowledge is must

Lead and Manage BAU support (with a team of developers (internal / vendors), new projects, enhancements, and incident resolution with SLAs/OLAs.

Lead technical design workshops to create scalable technical solutions with detailed Tech Design Document & define integration patterns with SAP/ERP, AWS, and Marketing systems, etc. (Both Real time & Bulk)

Ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost control using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Partner with PMs, Product Owners, and Business teams

Btech + MBA (Top Tier School)General Requirements
• Strong experience in o Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. (Automotive Cloud is a plus & Related Certifications are Must)o Apex/Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC),
