Job Description
We are looking for a candidate who can drive a strategic company level initiative of shaping deals on Impact Commercial Models cutting across verticals, lines of business and geographies with direct top/bottom line impact to Genpact.
The purpose of this role is to build of a new muscle with objective to drive ‘Value based Pricing’ in Genpact. This individual will lead / project manage and play a pivotal role in shaping the deals with impact commercial models while working with senior leadership of the company.

Responsibilities

Enabling embedment of the new thinking of Impact Commercial Models (ICM) including but not limited to Transactions Pricing, Value Shar
