Position: MSD_F&O; Functional Manager – Finance & Operations
The Opportunity
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) Functional Manager – Finance & Operations at EY GDS, you will lead enterprise-scale D365 F&O; transformation programs across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Retail, and Project Operations domains. You will work closely with global clients to drive business transformation, process optimization, implementation of delivery, and innovation through Microsoft AI, Copilot, and Agent technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; solutions across Finance and Operations.
Manage business process analysis, solution design,
fit-gap assessments, and functional documentation.
Conduct executive workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
Lead implementation lifecycle including architecture, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
Manage global rollouts and business process standardization initiatives.
Support pre-sales, solution demonstrations, proposals, estimations, and RFP responses.
Drive adoption of Microsoft Copilot, AI-powered automation, and business process optimization.
Mentor consultants and manage offshore delivery teams.
Skills and Attributes for Success
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; and AX 2012.
Solid expertise in Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, Financial Reporting).
Good knowladge in Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Sales and Distribution.
Experience with Manufacturing, Production Control, BOM, Routes, MRP, Shop Floor Control, and
