Requirements:
MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Oncology (DM/MD in Medical Oncology) from a recognized institution.
Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent) and eligibility for inclusion in the State Medical Register.
Minimum of 1 year of post-graduation clinical experience in a hospital or cancer center setting.
Solid knowledge of current oncology treatment protocols, including NCCN, ESMO, and Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) guidelines.
Proficiency in interpreting tumor markers, imaging studies (CT, MRI, PET-CT), and pathology reports.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex medical information with empathy.
Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous learning.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced clinical environment.
