YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
To lead, design and execute a leadership development strategy and plan that strengthens our existing leaders further,



and develops our future leaders through our co-workers who have the potential to perform and grow, to achieve operational goals and objectives, in line with IKEA vision and values. Drive IKEA Culture and Values in collaboration with stakeholders in the units.

• Guide and execute work, collaborating with stakeholders to identify leadership, learning and development needs and implement appropriate solutions.
• Establish a high standard of excellence within the function including identifying, communicating, localising and implementing leadership and learning for all co workers in the country organisation.
• Guide and execute work to deliver the assigned markets training calendar.
• Guide and execute work to implement digital tools and systems that can support an efficient and accurate leadership learning and development program.
• Implements learning & development KPIs and ROI methodology.
