Duties & Responsibilities:
Program Manager Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Program Leadership & Governance

Own and execute the Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud Advanced program, aligning CoE capabilities with business and IT strategy.
Establish program management governance, project milestones, resource allocation, risk mitigation strategies, and budget tracking.
Partner with sales, service, revenue operations, IT,



and customer‑facing teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

Scope & Delivery Management

Project Lifecycle Ownership: Drive Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and integration projects from kickoff through post-launch support.
Scope & Schedule Control: Define project scope, deliverables, project plans, and critical path items to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Ensure adherence to Agile delivery practices and Organizational PMO standards.
Backlog & Sprint Facilitation: Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives) or manage waterfall schedules depending on project delivery style.

Technical & Business Alignment

Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business analysts, admins, and developers to translate business processes into clear user stories and functional requirements.
Solution Validation: Work with Salesforce Architects and Leads to ensure proposed technical solutions align
