Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth in the consumer lending portfolio
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations, to expand the consumer lending customer base
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and innovation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of consumer lending solutions




Monitor and report on the performance of the consumer lending portfolio, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement
Contribute to the development and implementation of new consumer lending products and services
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the financial services industry
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and business development targets
Proficient in using data analysis tools and techniques to support decision-making
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach
