We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Software Test Engineer to lead QA Metrics, Quality Governance, and Azure DevOps reporting for enterprise-scale eCommerce applications. This role will be responsible for defining, maintaining,



and improving quality KPIs, defect analytics, Power BI dashboards, Azure DevOps reporting, and release quality insights while partnering with QA, Development, Product, and Leadership teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Metrics & Reporting

Own end-to-end quality metrics reporting across multiple applications and Scrum teams.
Define and maintain KPIs including:
Defect Containment
Defect Leakage
Automation Coverage
Automation Effectiveness
Defect Density
Release Quality Metrics
Production Incident Trends
Create executive-ready dashboards and monthly quality reports.
Perform trend analysis and identify improvement opportunities through data-driven insight
Azure DevOps (AzDO) Governance
Develop and maintain complex Azure DevOps queries and dashboards
Validate and ensure reporting accuracy across boards, area paths, bugs, stories, tasks, and releases.
