Job Description
Responsibilities: Conduct analysis on asset performance and market trends to support data-driven decision-making. Assist in developing asset management strategies to optimize portfolio performance. Monitor and track asset valuations to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure effective and efficient asset utilization. Prepare reports and presentations on asset performance, including insights and recommendations. Support asset acquisition and disposition processes to align with organizational goals.
