We are seeking a SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Consultant with hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions. This role requires robust client-facing capabilities, expertise in compensation processes and templates, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective reward and compensation solutions. The successful candidate will contribute to solution design, implementation, support activities, defect analysis, and enhancements while ensuring a positive customer experience.What you’ll do
