What would you do? The Performance & Career Mgmt. Analyst will interact with client resources via email, phone call, instant messaging, etc. and will be responsible for that interaction till all relevant actions are completed on it.
Must have professional experience working with large multinational companies or have experience with international operations and are responsible for the performance of duties defined. Support workforce behavior in alignment with the organizations business strategy by designing, developing, implementing, and executing key HR processes: strategic planning; supply demand; hiring and sourcing; on-boarding and integration; training and development; objective-setting and performance management; and compensation and rewards.
