What You'll Do
The Global Practice Area (PA) Manager for the Public Sector plays a central role in supporting the management and operations of BCG’s global Public Sector Practice Area.



The role works closely with the Global Practice Management Director (GPMD) and global and regional Leadership Teams to drive strategic priorities, enable commercial growth, strengthen practice operations, and support collaboration across the Public Sector community.
As part of the global practice management team, the PA Manager helps coordinate initiatives across regions, sectors, and functional teams, playing an integral role in ensuring alignment of key priorities and contributing to the continued growth and impact of the Public Sector Practice Area. More specifically, activities will include but are not limited to:
Commercial & Strategic Support
Support execution of the global PA agenda and strategic priorities
Coordinate core practice management activities, including global affiliate meetings, leadership meetings, business updates, and operational planning
