What you’ll do:
This position is for an experienced network engineer who will provide L2/L3 network support and a shift lead role to manage our internal network infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Monitor network infrastructure and Provide L2/L3 Network support
Leading a team in particular shift, handling P1/P2 escalations, coordination with other teams, follow up on incidents and changes
Handle incidents/tasks related to network infrastructure by following process and standard workflows.
Communicate to the end user and business as per incident requirements
Manage HPE routing, switching, wireless, and WAN technologies; leverage tools and automation.
Manage HPE firewalls, site-to-site VPNs, SSL VPNs
Administer Radius components that interface with network devices
