Job Description:
Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Performance Engineer to optimize the performance and reliability of our software systems with Global IT Supply Chain Solutions focusing on but not limited to Vendor collaboration & Transport Management Applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performance testing, bottleneck analysis, and monitoring tools, with a robust experience using NeoLoad and a good understanding of setting up Monitoring Tools.
Key Responsibilities:




Design and execute performance test strategies using Neo Load and working with Product Management on NFR Requirement gathering.
Develop and maintain performance testing scripts on the in house PTAF – Performance Test Automation framework.
The ability to work carry out performance testing on multiple products simultaneously.
Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure performance best practices.
Utilize monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, AppDynamics, Appinsights) to track system health and performance metrics.
Generate comprehensive performance analysis reports and present findings.
Conduct load, stress, and scalability testing to ensure system reliability.
Help support the upskill for other engineers on the team on performance scripting / testing.
Stay updated with the latest performance testing methodologies and tools.
