Manager Data & Analytics will lead a high-performing team of data experts, ETL developers, and analytics professionals to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade business intelligence solutions. This role is responsible for architecting and managing data pipelines, analytics platforms, and visualization tools that support strategic decision-making across Sales, Services, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success. This collaborative role requires solid communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Strategy
Manage and mentor a team of data, ETL,
and analytics specialists.
Oversee resource allocation, performance management, and professional development.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align data initiatives with business goals.
Data Architecture & Engineering
Lead the design and optimization of data pipelines using Snowflake, dbt, and Informatica.
Ensure data integrity, security, and scalability across all platforms.
Partner with IT and Data Governance teams to enforce best practices and compliance.
Analytics & Visualization
Drive the development of dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and CRMA (Salesforce Analytics).
Translate complex data into actionable insights for executive and operational stakeholders.
Support enterprise-wide reporting needs including incentive compensation, platform usage, and customer-facing metrics.
