The Assistant Manager – PMO is responsible for providing end-to-end project management support throughout the project lifecycle, from project initiation to closure. The role ensures effective governance, resource optimization, financial control, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence across the project portfolio. The incumbent works closely with Project Managers, Delivery Teams, Finance, Resource Managers, and Business Leaders to ensure successful project execution and business outcomes

What You'll Do

1. Project Management Support projects from Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling, to Closure. Assist Project Managers in project setup, governance, scheduling, and tracking activities. Ensure compliance with organizational PMO processes, standards, and methodologies. Coordinate project reviews, governance meetings, and milestone approvals. Drive project health monitoring and escalation management.
2. Resource Management Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across projects.



Coordinate with Resource Managers and Delivery Leaders for staffing requirements. Monitor resource utilization and identify opportunities for optimization.
3.Facilitate: - Resource Allocation, Resource De-allocation, Resource Movements, Demand Fulfillment Support workforce planning and forecasting activities.
4. Bench Management Track bench resources and maintain bench inventories. Monitor bench aging and utilization trends. Collaborate with Sales, Practice Leads, and Delivery Managers to identify deployment opportunities. Support internal redeployments and strategic workforce utilization. Publish bench reports and management insights for leadership review.
5. Stakeholder Management & Integration Build and maintain solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Act as a link between Project Teams, Delivery Units, Finance, HR, Sales, and Leadership. Facilitate communication and collaboration across multiple functions. Prepa
