We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join our growing software development team, working on an important Deposit and Shared services initiation capabilities.




This position is within Technology and DEPOSITS & SHARED SVCS, related to the Pega Platform to drive the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale workflow and possess strong hands-on experience with Pega and understand enterprise application architecture. This role will partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions while establishing technical standards and mentoring development teams. Ability to Analyze, code, test, and implement in coordination with management, associates, and end users while following the Enterprise SDLC. May oversee the work of less experienced analysts or assist in special projects as needed.
