Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Support enterprise-wide FP&A; activities by delivering financial and operational insights across multiple business segments, clients, industries, and service lines within a technology staffing and professional services workplace.
Perform detailed analysis of revenue, gross margin, productivity, workforce deployment, utilization, and pricing trends to identify business opportunities, risks, and profitability drivers.
Develop and maintain recurring financial and operational reporting packages for leadership teams, providing actionable insights on business performance, resource productivity, client profitability, and key operational metrics.
