Role Summary
As NTT DATA evolves its Business Process Services (BPS) into AI-native, agentic, and outcome-driven ecosystems, this role sits at the heart of that transformational growth.The Digital BPS Solution Architecture will be the leader responsible for solutioning next-generation BPaaS (Business-Process-as-a-Service) deals —where intelligent automation, composable services, and scalable digital platforms converge to deliver measurable business value.
This role will shape the growth blueprint and solution governance across global BPS pursuits, working at the intersection of technology, process, and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Architecture Leadership

Define and evolve the global BPS architecture strategy aligned with the organization’s AI-driven transformation vision.
Lead and mentor a team of senior architects to create modular, composable, and reusable BPS components across domains.
Act as a trusted advisor to the Global Head and executive leadership, influencing solution strategy,



go-to-market positioning, and investment priorities.
Drive architectural governance, ensuring scalability, security, compliance, and quality across all BPS offerings.

2. Solution & Platform Design

Architect end-to-end BPaaS solutions combining process, data, and technology—infused with intelligent automation, analytics, and agentic AI.
Design microservices-based, API-first architectures to support agile deployment, integration, and reusability.
Lead the development of architecture patterns, frameworks, and reference models for process transformation initiatives.

3. Pre-Sales & Client Engagement

Partner with the sales, pursuit, and delivery teams to shape winning solution responses for large, complex BPS deals.
Present architectural vision and value realization frameworks to CxO-level stakeholders during pursuits.
