Iron Mountain is seeking a vision-driven Senior MFT Engineer to join our Global Product Engineering team.
In this role,
you’ll play a key part in architecting and optimizing our GlobalScape Managed File Transfer infrastructure to keep critical data moving securely across our global network. You’ll have the opportunity to solve complex technical challenges and modernize automated file workflows, directly protecting the trusted data foundation our enterprise customers rely on every day. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will:
GlobalScape Administration: Independently administer, maintain, and optimize the GlobalScape EFT application to ensure seamless managed file transfers.
System Upgrades & Lifecycle: Lead independent upgrades of GlobalScape EFT, ensuring system performance, scalability, and security enhancements.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve complex SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, and AS2 file transmission i
