Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager PMT to drive New Product Development (NPD) for AYUSH and FSSAI products. The role involves market research, product planning, cross-functional coordination, technical support, and product lifecycle management to deliver innovative, market-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Current Product Development (NPD) from concept to commercialization.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new product opportunities.
- Collaborate with R&D;, QA, Regulatory, and Business Development teams for successful product development.
- Prepare product costing, pricing, technical presentations, and marketing inputs.
- Provide technical support to customers and BD teams for domestic and international business.
- Develop product literature, catalogs, website content, and promotional materials.
- Ensure compliance with AYUSH, FSSAI,



and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely product launches.
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements.
- Mentor team members and drive process excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 7–10 years of experience in Product Management/New Product Development.
- Strong knowledge of AYUSH/FSSAI regulations and nutraceutical products.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Proficient in MS Office.
