We are looking for a PMO Executive to support delivery operations across SAP projects, contractors, partners, and customers. The role ensures smooth coordination, timely reporting, and strong operational discipline across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with SAP teams on project updates, deliverables, and escalations.
- Liaise with contractors for onboarding, compliance, and timesheet submissions.
- Work with partner firms to track recruitment needs and candidate pipelines.
- Ensure timesheet discipline across employees and contractors.
- Coordinate with customers for invoice submission, approvals, and payment followups.
- Support account mining by tracking opportunities,



org charts, and new initiatives.
- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and weekly status reports.
- Assist with SOW tracking, documentation, and internal audit readiness.
- Manage meeting schedules, MOMs, and followup actions.

Skills & Competencies

- Solid communication and stakeholder management.
- High attention to detail and ability to enforce process discipline.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
- Experience in SAP delivery environments is an advantage.
- Ability to work with multiregion teams and manage timesensitive tasks.

Experience

- 3 to 7 years in PMO, Project Coordination, or Delivery Operations.
- IT services or multivendor project experience preferred.
