Job Title - PLC Project Engineer

Location - Base location: Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, the profile requires travel to sites in India and outside.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced PLC Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Rockwell Automation Technologies, including Micro PLCs, Compact Logix, VFD programming skills. This role involves designing, programming, and commissioning PLC systems for various automation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement PLC programs using Rockwell Automation Technologies.
- Work with Compact Logix, Micro PLC, RS Logix 5000, and other reliable automation solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users.
- Prepare detailed documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and project reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Travel to project sites as required.

Qualifications:





- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Electronics, Automation, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in PLC programming and project engineering.
- Proficiency in Rockwell Automation Technologies, including Compact Logix, Micro PLC, RS Logix 5000, and PlantPax.
- Experience working as a PLC Project Engineer with an automation system integrator is preferred.
- Candidates with Allen Bradley Motion/ Kinetix Servo applications experience will be an add-on.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with other automation platforms and technologies.
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and IoT applications in automation.

- Notice period: 3 months.
- CTC packages offered: 2.16 Lakhs to 5.5 Lakhs, based on experience and skills.
