Role Description The PLC SCADA Automation Engineer will design, program, test, and commission PLC and SCADA-based automation systems for industrial machinery and process applications. Day-to-day tasks include developing control logic, configuring HMI/SCADA screens, integrating field devices and instrumentation, and performing onsite and remote troubleshooting to ensure stable and safe operation. The role also involves collaborating with project teams and clients to gather requirements, preparing technical documentation, and supporting upgrades and maintenance of existing systems.





This is a full-time hybrid role based in Kolhapur, with onsite work at customer and company locations and some flexibility for work from home activities such as design, programming, and documentation.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Automation and Process Control for industrial systems.

Candidates should possess solid Electrical Engineering and Robotics skills relevant to machinery and control systems.

Candidates should possess proven Troubleshooting skills for PLC, SCADA, and field equipment issues.

Experience with PLC platforms (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider) and SCADA/HMI software is highly beneficial.

Understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP) and safety standards is preferred.

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs;, and technical drawings.

Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams.

Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering field; prior industrial automation experience is an advantage.
