Role Description The PLC Programmer Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based at RVM CAD’s main institute in Faridabad. In this role, the trainer designs and delivers structured training programs on PLC programming, industrial automation, and related software tools to learners at different skill levels.

Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, conducting hands-on lab sessions, demonstrating programming techniques,



and guiding learners through practical projects and troubleshooting exercises. The trainer evaluates learner performance, provides constructive feedback, and updates course content to align with current industry practices and technologies. Collaboration with other trainers and technical staff to enhance training quality, support curriculum development, and participate in workshops or seminars is also part of the role.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of PLC programming and industrial automation, including experience with common PLC platforms and control systems.
- Practical experience in CAD/CAM or related engineering fields, preferably in product design, tool manufacturing, or automation environments.
- Proven ability to design and deliver technical training, with skills in creating lesson plans, training materials, and hands-on exercises.
- Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, structured manner.
- Comfort working in a classroom and lab setting, with strong mentoring, coaching, and learner engagement skills.
- Relevant technical degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a closely related discipline.
- Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in industrial and automation environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, manage multiple batches or courses, and adapt to evolving training needs and technologies.
