Operate and monitor sewage treatment equipment , water treatment equipment, including pumps, aerators, chemical feeders , filters and sludge digesters. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on plant equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collect and analyze wastewater samples to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
