Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Planning Engineer role based in Bengaluru.

The Planning

Engineer will develop and maintain production plans, coordinate schedules, and ensure alignment between demand forecasts and manufacturing capacity. Daily responsibilities include monitoring workflow, identifying bottlenecks, updating planning data in relevant systems, and collaborating with production, procurement, and quality teams to meet delivery timelines. The role involves analyzing key performance indicators, preparing reports for project and production status,



and supporting project control activities such as tracking milestones and resource allocation.

The Planning

Engineer will also contribute to process optimization initiatives and support communication between internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely execution of customer orders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Planning and Production Planning skills for managing schedules, capacity, and resource allocation.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for data analysis, forecasting, performance tracking, and problem-solving.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordination with cross-functional teams and clear reporting.
- Candidates should possess Project Control skills for monitoring timelines, milestones, and delivery commitments.
- Relevant engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, electronics, or engineering environments is beneficial.
- Proficiency in planning tools or ERP systems and valuable MS Excel skills is an advantage.
- Ability to work accurately under time constraints, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.

Experience Preffered 5 to 9 years.
