Role Description The Placement Officer will work on-site at the Bengaluru South center in a full-time capacity, coordinating and managing placement activities for learners.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with hiring partners, organizing campus recruitment drives, and matching candidate profiles with suitable job opportunities. The role involves conducting career guidance sessions, supporting learners with interview preparation, and tracking placement outcomes.

Officer will collaborate closely with training and academic teams to align student skills with market requirements and ensure smooth transition from training to employment. Additional duties may include maintaining placement records, generating reports, and representing the institute in industry interactions.

Qualifications Demonstrated experience in campus placement coordination and employer relationship management.

Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with students, recruiters, and internal teams.

Skills in career counseling and guidance, with the ability to assess student profiles and recommend suitable career paths.

Experience in training or education environments, preferably within vocational, professional, or IT-focused institutes.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a specialization in HR, Management, Education, or Career Counseling is an advantage.

Ability to work in office in Bengaluru South and manage multiple placement activities within defined timelines.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management for tracking placements and preparing reports.

Knowledge of current job market trends in IT and digital skills sectors is beneficial.
