Key Responsibilities

✅ Build and maintain relationships with hiring partners and recruiters

✅ Coordinate placement drives, interviews, and hiring events

✅ Assist students with interview preparation and career guidance

✅ Track placement activities and maintain employer databases

✅ Collaborate with the training team to improve student employability
