- Communicate effectively with students to understand their career goals and aspirations.
- Provide guidance and support to students in preparing for interviews, writing resumes, and improving their professional skills.
- Organize career development workshops, mock interviews, and networking events for students.
1. Company Engagement:
- Research and identify potential companies for placement opportunities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with companies to promote placement opportunities for our students.
- Coordinate with HR departments of companies to schedule campus placements and recruitment drives.
1. Placement Activities:
- Organize and conduct placement drives, both on-campus and off-campus, to facilitate student placements.
- Coordinate logistics for placement events,
including venue booking, catering, and marketing.
- Assist in the placement process by coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and facilitating job offers.
1. Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of student placements, including job offers, acceptances, and rejections.
- Generate reports and analytics on placement trends, success rates, and student feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and placement strategies is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
