We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Placement Manager to lead our placement operations and build solid corporate partnerships across Kerala.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies to generate placement opportunities.
- Travel across Kerala to identify and secure job vacancies.
- Lead, guide, and monitor placement teams across all branches.
- Coordinate placement drives, interviews, and recruitment activities.
- Collaborate with employers to understand hiring requirements and ensure successful placements.
- Track placement performance, prepare reports, and achieve placement targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Placement, Corporate Relations or Recruitment.
- Proven experience in generating placement opportunities and employer partnerships.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
