– Head of Department (HOD) – Physiotherapy

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Head of Department (HOD) – Physiotherapy to lead our Physiotherapy Department. The ideal candidate will oversee clinical operations, lead a multidisciplinary team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care across neuro, orthopedic, and pediatric rehabilitation services. The role also involves developing clinical protocols, mentoring therapists, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement within the department.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Physiotherapy Department.
- Supervise daily clinical operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Develop, implement, and monitor treatment protocols and clinical standards.
- Mentor, train, and evaluate physiotherapists and rehabilitation staff.
- Ensure high-quality patient care and positive clinical outcomes.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for integrated patient management.
- Monitor departmental performance, patient satisfaction, and quality indicators.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and documentation requirements.




- Participate in strategic planning and departmental growth initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).
- Minimum 5 + years of clinical experience.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting.
- Robust knowledge of neuro, orthopedic, and pediatric rehabilitation.
- Experience in developing treatment protocols and conducting staff training.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
