Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Bengaluru. The Physiotherapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, function, and overall well-being.

Daily responsibilities include conducting clinical evaluations, documenting findings and progress, educating patients on exercise programs and injury prevention, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes. The role also involves monitoring patient response to treatment, adjusting care plans as needed, and contributing to preventive health initiatives aligned with Bridge Health’s integrated and proactive care model.

Qualifications





- Professional physiotherapy qualifications, such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution, and relevant licensing/registration as required.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills in musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic physiotherapy, with the ability to design and implement individualized rehabilitation plans.
- Proficiency in patient education, including explaining conditions, demonstrating exercises, and promoting preventive care and lifestyle modifications.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, coordinating with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to support integrated care.
- Effective communication and documentation skills, including accurate record-keeping in electronic health systems and clear reporting of patient progress.
- Commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory patient care, with a respectful and supportive approach to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a focus on maintaining clinical quality, safety, and adherence to healthcare protocols.
- Experience in preventive or community health settings, and familiarity with technology-enabled or digital health platforms, is an advantage.
