We are looking for an experienced Laravel professional who can lead a development team while contributing to the design and development of enterprise-grade ERP solutions. Job SummaryThe Laravel Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing scalable ERP architecture, reviewing code, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality software. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Laravel, MySQL, API development, enterprise application architecture, and ERP workflows.

Experience in developing ERP products or business applications will be highly preferred. Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical LeadershipLead and mentor a team of PHP Laravel developers. Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Participate in architecture design and technical decision-making. Estimate development effort and plan sprint deliverables. Coordinate with Product Managers, QA, UI/UX Designers, and DevOps teams. Ensure timely delivery of product releases.

Application

DevelopmentDesign and develop scalable ERP modules using Laravel. Develop secure RESTful APIs for Web and Mobile applications. Optimize application performance and database queries.



Integrate third-party APIs including Payment Gateways, SMS, Email, WhatsApp, GPS, Maps, Authentication, and ERP integrations.

Write reusable, secure, and maintainable code. Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support. DatabaseDesign relational database structures. Optimize complex MySQL queries. Develop stored procedures, indexing, and database optimization techniques.

Ensure database integrity and performance.

Required Technical

SkillsStrong expertise in PHP 8.x and Laravel Framework. Excellent knowledge of MySQL database design and optimization. REST API Development. MVC Architecture. Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap. JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX. Git/GitHub or Bitbucket.
