Overview
The Business Analyst role will work with MENA PAK Foods Teams across the Gulf and Levant markets where his/her role will be focused on enhancing and automating business reporting to fuel stronger, faster business performance. This includes connecting multiple data sources through curated metrics and developing calculated metrics to focus on the key outcome and diagnostic measures. A critical element of this role is complete working knowledge on Nielsen/Retail Zoom databases and software.
Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities:
Recurring Tracker and Report maintenance
Execute monthly and quarterly Reporting / Trackers
Support adhoc requests, diagnostics from stakeholders
Support building BI Capabilities
Coordinate with Stakeholders and Automation teams in building current capabilities within the team
Ensure project completion on time and subsequent trainings and adoption
Execute adhoc research work for BU team
Execute adhoc as well as recurring requests from stakeholders
Coordinate and align the right approach to best answer the questions,



which will be used by the BU Executive Leaders
Support with all Pre-AOP full year portfolio and brand deep dive analyses
Execute against team charter (SLA) for Insights Supervisor for Business Insights
Execute market, portfolio, and brand level reporting of Marketing KPI performance (utilizing dashboards, templated decks, and reporting tools)
Provide business performance explanations, incorporating considerations beyond data into the reporting
Explain business performance, drivers, and optimization opportunities
Provide responses to ad-hoc follow-ups when double-click (additional qustions) required with tables/charts/stories using relevant data
Qualifications
A mid-level Insight or Analytics professional with experience in a leading consumer goods company. 4-5 years+ experience
Retail audit experience
Education: BA in economics, math, marketing or management background
Language: English Fluent
