Summary:
Deliver complex GBS transition and transformation projects end-to-end as part of the country Programme Delivery & PMO capability in Krakow and Bangalore, working under the local VP / centre delivery leadership while aligning to global programme standards and governance. Take direct ownership for turning functional scope into executable plans, resolved issues and successful transition outcomes. Initially aligned to priority transition areas,



the role will build transferable PM capability to support broader GBS projects and transformation activity over time. Own practical delivery planning, risks, dependencies, stakeholder coordination and issue resolution, ensuring transitions land to agreed scope, timeline, cost, quality, readiness and adoption expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead assigned transition / project workstreams end-to-end from mobilisation through delivery, stabilisation and handover.
Build and maintain integrated plans, milestones, RAID, dependencies, actions and decision logs.
Drive delivery against agreed scope, timeline, cost and quality expectations, escalating blockers and resolving issues quickly.
Work across functional SMEs, country teams, GCC leaders, PMO, Change and Service Management to coordinate delivery.
Translate functional and transition requirements into practical delivery plans, readiness activity and clear accountable actions.
